Here is a Tradition I purchased from a fellow member on pieces and over the past year restored. I spent a lot of time buffing and polishing but well worth it. The motor was good but repacked the bearings and she works great. Hope y’all enjoy

I'd have to say...

That's the shiniest Tradition I've ever seen! I did the same with an Omega, replaced the bearings 22 years ago and with weekly use,it's still going strong. Looks like you'll be doing the same with a Classic III, nice, very showy.

I've seen a few Classic III's where the little "belt view" window on the nozzle is either scratched missing or scorched.This is usually caused by allowing a lot of string, yarn and hair to accumulate on the belt pulley and it begins to rub against the window.

I doubt that you or any collector would ever run their machines in that condition,but just wanted to toss that out for info. Bill
