Has the screwdriver on the motor side of the vacuum motor keeps slipping out of the little slot in the middle of the shaft, So that means I physically am unable to take the motor apart to clean it, are there any other options of how I can clean it Or how I can take it apart?

Oil the bearings and put it all back together and it’s quiet as a baby, And I’ve got a national brand hose shoved onto a shop Vac hose fitting and all in all it looks really good

It's a shop vac. Shop vacs are always abused. Run without filters or bags, used to clean construction debris which will puncture filters or bags. Used as a wet vac, then while still wet, used as a dry vac. Pretty sure that's what happened to my Fein vac. The plaster dust caked on the fans wasn't really dust anymore, it was more like solid plaster.
