I was wondering if there is a cross reference for a hepa filter, that fits this vacuum I have searched and can't find a hepa filter. Thanking you in advance.

Bad news for you. That vacuum was made by Sanyo under the Fantom name for Euro Pro. Not only did Sanyo stop making vacuums over a decade ago, but they were bought out by Panasonic. And Panasonic stopped making vacuums in 2017.
So, unfortunately you will not be able to find a HEPA filter for it. What I would suggest you do is carefully cut the paper out of the plastic frame, and take both it and the frame to a vacuum shop. Compare the length, depth and width of the paper to another comparable HEPA filter, buy it, cut the paper out of the frame, and cut to size to fit the Fantom plastic frame. To "glue" the filter paper in place, pick up a tube of clear silicone bathroom caulk - the stuff you use around the edge of your bathtub. I have had to do this before when a filter is NLA, or exorbitantly priced, and it works. Good luck and Happy Vacuuming. Rob PS - Make sure you save the original filter paper as well as the package from the filter you bought. That way, you know what filter to buy again in the future and cut the filter paper to the correct size. |
