Kenmore

About 1958.Would be most deluxe with headlight.(Best to remove brushes when not in use to prevent flattening bristles.)

Thank you rugsucker for the year and the advice. Any idea of a model number so I could maybe find an old advertisement for it? BTW...you live in a beautiful part of the country!

Kenmore

At that time the only Sears ads would probably have been general newspaper ads as everything would be seen in the 2 'big book'catalogs & smaller sale catalogs.Nicer magazine ads started in early 60s with one showing Sears household products spread out an a home lawn.70s ads included famous people who "could afford any"appliance telling why they chose Kenmore.I may have your polisher in a catalog if I have time to locate.
East TN is very nice.I would ask you not to tell anyone but they've already found out!How far down in GA are you?

I have a close friend in Murfreesboro and her relatives live in Elizabethton so that is how I know the "secret". I have just bought a home in Rincon and I work in Ellabell. Love the country life and don't miss the big Florida cities at all!
