The Royal 888

has the removable nozzle like a Kirby. I actually just bought one the other day. The rest of the royals have non removable bolted nozzles.

There's also an electro hygiene, and I believe a stark with removable nozzle. I'm not sure of the model numbers of them though.

The Royal 888, Electro-Hygiene 980, and Galaxy Prestige 990 all had the removable nozzle. I'm not sure if there was a Stark built that way, but since Stark was made by Royal it wouldn't surprise me. Here's a pic of my 980, and the special adapter you need to use attachments for all 3 of these models.

Dwayne,

The 992 (and 993) looked like this, actually...early production units had a white cord rather than blue.

Dwayne,

As to having a removable nozzle, no, the 992 and 993 did not.

The 888, 893, 980, 990 and the rare 2001 and 2002 were.

Here is the 2001, which at the time was produced to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Electro-Hygiene brand (originally founded in 1934).

~Ben
