I picked up this Kenmore progressive canister here recently. It’s pretty standard fair Kenmore/Panasonic other than it has an unusual integrated attachment setup.
Here is the main unit, the unit is almost in mint condition other than the wheels on the PN are missing.

Here is the handle though with the integrated brush, you can extend or retract them.

There is an additional shoe that you can put on the end of the nozzle, you can also take the entire contraption off. Also shown is the regular floor brush and the power mate. I have to say this is the first vacuum that I’ve ever had to look the directions up to figure out how to work the attachments.

I have one of those in the red that is basically the same thing with a different power nozzle. I didn't care for the dusting brush. But you can buy a more normal dusting brush that will fit that handle.

It also looked like the crevice tool stored neatly on the handle, almost like a bayonet on the end of a musket. Pretty clever
