Hi all! Using some quarantine time to prep a rug washer.
While finding the tank the black rubber seal came out. It is soft and in great shape, no cracks.
My question is this: is the valve with the pull string removable?
I haven't messed with one of these on 20 years, can't remember. I think the rubber tip just pushes over the bottom of the pin, but I can't get at it.
Thanks!

hello Thundergooch & welcome!

I have that same rug shampooer/floor scrubber

But I don't think there is a way to replace the rubber washer

Maybe some1 here can figure this out?

btw I'm also from Ohio (near West Milgrove area)
