That machine makes the provision for a blower on the bottom (with a chain keeping the cover from being misplaced) so it looks slightly later than a model 5. There doesn't seem to be a hose. There would have been a hose at one time, otherwise the blower outlet wouldn't be necessary. The runners are fixed in an odd way to the body. It does say it's a 110 volt machine, and I have certainly never seen one of those in person. Interesting.
