Here are photos of the 700 and 725. The main difference between the two (in styling) is the orange pin stripe on the motor of the 725 as well as the orange curly Q on the 725 bag. The 700 is a bit more “plain” though it is the one I prefer. | ||

Ah! Thank you for your reply and pics. Mine is a first model 725, based on the serial number. Seems to have been refurbished in the 40s (late 30s?) having acquired a coat of beige textured paint on the housing. The bag looks about the same era (1940s) I’ll start a new thread with pics. Thanks again! | ||
