I'm inquiring if something is worth getting. There is a vacuum for sale locally it's $10. I'm attaching pics. I asked and the motor housing is metal. I thought it could've been similar to a filtex.

Could be dicey

To get parts for this like the hose, but could be nice as a collectible if you want to have an Electrolux collection.

Very ruff

Never seen one with a sticker badge; Mine has a metal riveted badge, and so has every other one I've seen. Hose and cord are rare, so that in itself is worth the $10.

Even though it's far from perfect, for $10 I wouldn't think twice! That model was made from 1930-1936, and is rare enough that $10 is a real bargain. And once you get it, you might find it to be a "diamond in the rough," as was the case with the Good Housekeeper 2-232 tank I got in 2019. So, grab it while you can!

There were three versions of this model. One was made in Sweden and imported. The first ones made in America were made in '33. The first "A" model had a 275 watt motor. The next had the 350 watt motor, which was of course, more powerful.
