I was reading through one of the threads and someone made mention of Electrolux Perfect bags, and they're hepa filtered and leak no dust. I saw Vac America mentioned. Are these them?

They are not genuine Electrolux “Perfect” Bags, but they are hepa C’s the highest quality c bag available. It will filter better than its paper counterparts.

Those ARE the bags that are made by the same manufacturer as the "Perfect" and "Clean Obsessed" vacuums. They are the only bag I recommend using in any Electrolux tank type (except the Renny models).

Tom is correct, I know the owners of Nationwide who makes Perfect Products and Clean Obsessed vacuums for Desco, both companies are right here on Long Island a few minutes from where I live, they also own V A C bag company, they are the same bags. The prices on V A C bags are coming in at good prices, I have been selling them with no issues.

Some Particle Tests On Type C Bags

Electrolux Type C Bags Particle Emissions Test

Average 0.3 um particle counts:
Initial Room = 5859, DVC Paper = 8400, V.A.C. HEPA = 1650, Perfect HEPA = 370
Quite a difference between type C bags and obviously the 4 ply paper bag was pretty awful.

Using those should stop that dirt smell when I run my Golden Jubilee right?

The perfect bags worked in my Silverado and stopped the dusty smell.

When I call Nationwide to place an order I always ask for Elizabeth. What a wonderful person to speak with. She gets my orders correct and tells me if there's something on backorder. I have also had the greatest good luck with DESCO as well. They carry the Clean Obsessed tank type in black and gray. One of my favorite vacuums to sell (no circuit boards).
