Hello All . . .

I have an Oreck Edge canister vacuum model CC1400B. As a canister, it has its good points and not so good points. Fortunately, I have other better canisters. I have a supply of bags for it, but as for the hepa filter, I have been striking out finding a replacement. The part number is 49003-01. The current filter is still in good shape, but I'd like to keep a spare. The answer I get from Oreck Parts Warehouse is this part is discontinued. I tried Oreck.com, but no luck. I welcome any help from anyone.

Joe

Well, find a used one, and gut it. Cut up a HEPA bag, and make a new pleated filter element with hot glue.
