I recently purchased a Hoover model 28 for $20. When I went to clean is I discovered that it needs a new brushroll. Can anyone tell me where to get a brushroll or can someone tell me how to rebuild it?

How would I send it to you?

I wolud like to have someone rebuild the brushroll but I am not sure how to send it to you. So you know, the brushroll is very grumbly and has probably been sitting since the 1990s. I know this because my Hoover has an odd paper bag conversion on it and the bag inside is an empty royal vacuum bag that has the 90s royal logo on it.
