Hoover Junior is rare as heck, and its in exceptional condition. Can flip the Dirt Devil stick vac for $10 or $15 and make extra profit back.

Great little machines. They're small, but pack a punch. All HOOVER.

I wouldn’t say they are too rare. Although not too common there are quite a lot of 115 Hoovers out there. I found mine at a barn sale for $2 in really nice and all original condition. Believe it or not the brush strips are still perfect!

I've had so many I wouldn't consider them 'rare'. There were two colors, the dark brown was first.

I wouldn’t consider these rare either..

In Ohio you see them pretty much every few months.
This was a recent completely tear down and restoration.

I think he means "in the wild". Goodwill, salvation army, etc. The oldest vac I have ever found "in the wild" is an early 80s straight suction douglas handheld.
