It really is their worst stick vacuum design.
It's a lot less convenient than even other stick vacuums. My wife still prefers the Henry cordless. I would like to clarify that the battery is quick change it does not come with a second battery. If you buy the Dyson v11 obese then come with the second battery. | ||
