“always a day ahead”. Much love and gratitude to my friend Ray for donating this extremely rare “Morrow” (as in tomorrow) vacuum cleaner to the museum. It is from the early 1920s. It is unique and unlike any other straight suction vacuum in the collection. Thank you Ray (repairman on VL). You are a wonderful friend.

Shot of the original cloth bag. That’s so important.

Nice find! Looks a lot like an Eureka Model 9 but they added a bigger fan duct on it. Also I have those same air vent grilles in my house. lol

It's a fixed bristle brush. The machine was restored and the brush rebristled by my friend Ray (Biker Ray on Vacuumland). In my initial post I made a mistake on Ray's vacuumland name. The motor is made by Westinghouse. It has a very low serial number.

I have never seen or heard of this brand before, but I agree with Johnny, it does kind of resemble a Cadillac. Very kind of Ray to donate it to the museum.

Thanks again Ray. It's wonderful to have such a great friend. I think most of the vacuum collecting community comes together to help each other out with unique and special things for our collections. I'm very blessed to have such good friends.

Oh yes! The 1986 flood! I was only a year old at the time. My neighborhood has canals built to control the flow of water because of that flood.
