Hi Vacuumland,

I know I sound ambitious when I'm talking of this but I was wondering, for those who make custom Numatics from other models, if you can take the HEPA filtration build off a Henry Allergy and put it onto a Henry Cordless?

I understand it's not as simple as taking the filter and putting it in, I would've thought you'd have to remove the screws from the bottom part of the motor holder and swap around that way. You wouldn't have to worry the bucket size because they're both meant to be 160 size.

I'm not sure how you explain it with better terminology but I hope you all understand what I'm trying to say. Since no one's tried it on YouTube or anything I thought I would ask you guys. :)

The cordless motor probably will not have enough power to go through the exhaust HEPA filter in an efficient manner therefore it would kill the battery life.
The HEPA flo bags filter pretty damn good.

Thank you vacuumdevil! I would still like to hear other people's opinions for thread purposes but you do actually have a good point. I was wondering because (maybe I'm being a bit fussy) when the EU rating labels were a thing, other Henrys get a C rating for anti-dust emission but the Henry Allergy gets an A. But I get it, because HEPA filters can be a bit strong for some motors. I do agree with you about the HEPA flo bags, I really like them.

This is a thread for other people's opinions, Les. I know that Vacuumdevil has a very good point, but these threads are meant for many other people to come together and share interest and other good points like any other thread.

Interesting idea

As @vacuumdevil said the cordless motor will loose suction and limit battery life not having enough power to pull air through the thick hepa filter.
Although if you have both machines and you are confident with disassembling them it would be fun to try just to see what would happen. :P

I'm really sorry for all the conflict. I know it really sounds like it but I don't deny the thing that vacuumdevil said. I was just interested to hear other's opinions but I've realised what vacuumdevil said is pretty much enough. I'm really sorry.

Here is my opinion. If you want to do it do it. If you don't then don't. Furthermore I could care less.
