I found the address on here recently for Singer-Ryobi's former factory. The address given is 1470 Pearman Dairy Rd in Anderson, SC.

From Google maps the closest I can get to that on Streetview is 170 Singer Rd. (Cool that they named the nearby street after Singer!)
You can see what I am assuming is the former Singer-Ryobi factory in this shot, with Pearman Dairy Rd just ahead.

"Driving" around the corner a bit, you can find what I'm assuming is the front of the facility around the corner. It appears to be owned by TTI, and shows signage for TTI as well as Ryobi and Ridgid. This appears to be their corparate headquarters at 1431 Pearman Dairy Rd.

Just wanted to share this find.

The TTI buildings are all very similar.

I've been to TTI in Glenwillow 3 times. Now shuttered, it is a huge building, off to the side, all by itself, away from the world. It was a stark, streamlined structure, with the far left part of the building designated for DD And Royal
The first section was all Hoover, with "Nobody Does It Like You" right over the front doors. The last time Tom A. and I were there, there was a realty sign on the front lawn. There is virtually no history of anything anywhere. Inside TTI in Glenwillow, there was a "wall of fame".... depicting samples of Hoover cleaners on one wall, and Royals on the other. Sadly, a lot of these machines had incorrect bags, etc on some of them. That entire wall was eventually done away with. I was told that a lot of "the other stuff" was packed in boxes somewhere.
The closures of the marvelous, state of the art "distribution Center (we were given a private tour), the Bag Plant #2, The Employee Store, etc brought the end to anything involving Hoover in Stark County.
But, TTI is focused now at the Oreck Plant. But. ALL of their buildings look pretty much the same, except for size.

They are generally,

stark, streamlined, immaculate buildings. But, they almost even look "air conditioned" from the "outside".
