I been watching a public surplus site for schoor items they are getting rid of it have excess of. There's been NSS pigs sold with 6 proteam backpack Vacuums. There has been numerous and they all got bid up higher than dirt cheap so I watched them go.
I noticed an NSS pig on with no bids and I guess it's missing it's bag. I'm pretty sure I can make a bag for it.
Well with taxes and fees I got if for $4.30. it's an hour drive but I get off super early Friday I'll pick it up then.
I did make another transaction that's just been finalized. I'm not going to say anything but I will soon be more information available.
I got a big pig. I hope it rus good and doesn't need anything other than a good cleaning.
Les

You can order a new bag for the vacuum thru any NSS dealer distributer.Too make a bag for this you need the bag connector that connects to the discharge of the fancase.Vac dealers usually don't have these. The new bags have a zipper top-you can use the bag as a dump bag or with the paper disposable bags. The disposable bags are the best way to go.Like a central vacuum this ones bag can hold up to 6 gallons of dirt.Messy to empty.New bags are like $150 the last time I ordered one.

That's a cool vacuum, you could go around the entire neighborhood cleaning everyone's homes from your outlets with how long that cord is. lol That hose reel hanger is cool.

Would make a great car cleaning vacuum.

good find. the newer models are the matte black painted style. keep the front trap clean and will make the fan last longer. I got a surplus one from my local school district were I work as a janitor. it the faded older yellow model. great vac for car cleaning and bulk dry pickup

Here is another vacuum I would like to take out for a test drive.

Saw one of these in the 70's at a local pharmacy and would have given my eye teeth to have the chance to make a few passes over the carpeting in the store.

So when will we see the pig and see it in the field eating?
The audience awaits...

Has anyone found any old (60s-80s) classroom record players in these school auctions lately? I am craving to get a few more of them for some odd reason.

I feed my pigs daily!!Old classroom record players-getting harder to find. These are BETTER than the new machines sold today. Those old classroom TT's can be taken apart-esp the TT motor-cleaned relubed for another who knows how many more years of use!!Tubed ones easier still-just change the few tubes in the TT-or the half handful of caps.Tubes for those still available quite cheap.

I have an non Kirby sanitronic classic bag. I threw a pvc pipe and made it f&g. I've not used it much and I'm pretty sure the f&g will not last long.

A couple days. I organized my shed so I could polish three royals so I can put them on eBay and sell them. I will post pics but may be like Friday because I work 9.5 hour shifts Monday through Thursday and four hours Friday. I start school two hours every Monday and Wednesday. Just so you know when I'll get pics.

Well my wife seen the pig and wasn't happy. My dad's neighbor who's a mechanic owned one. He seen me show my dad the vacuum. I had to get rid of it. I sold it to my dad's neighbor. He had an older pig.
I did with the money I got for selling it got a vacuum listed for $300 on eBay for $120.
It's a eureka cordaway with what I believe is a hi low switch on the handle. It has three setting on another switch.
If I did my research right it was a top of the line model. I'm pretty sure the bag might be original but doesn't have the solid frame built into the bag.
