Hello All,
New member here and have a couple older vacs that I need to unload. I was beginning to collect over the years but due to finances, and limited space I need to part with a few. I didn't want to take these to Goodwill or anything as I felt they would probably end up trashed. I wanted to pass them on to others who would appreciate them. The DAM is in good condition handle is tight and includes tons of bags and some belts. I never was able to get an attachment set. Convertible is also in good condition although has a few scratches on the hood.Needs belts but has 1 "C" bag included and also comes with a basically brand new attachment set. I do not want to be greedy or inflate my asking prices but I do not want ridiculous low ball offers either. I still have to pack it and ship it. Make an offer and expect to add 30-40 dollars for shipping. Thanks

A DAM Hoover that sounds odd. Direct air machine I'm guessing is what DAM means.

Hoover Dial A Matic (DAM) was the first clean air upright ever introduced.

I've always wanted one, I have a necklace with a metal one. I have no idea what a price would be for one. Maybe a general liking of price? If I said $10 or something, I know you'd say that's too low- at least I would.

Thanks to all who responded.I luckily found a local collector who wanted these so they are no longer available.
