Hey
I'm selling my patriot and it's power head is the ebk 340. The wands upper and lower how do they come apart. I see no button where they usually are. I'm thinking it's compression fit and a good amount of torque in opposite directions example clockwise and counter clockwise. |

Or at least they should be i'm guessing they got forced together at some point which would have pushed the button lock below the hole. Depending on how long they've been that way they may have even rusted together I'd maybe try something like liquid wrench let that sit a while and then try to separate them.

I came home and the wands seperated easily. There was a small clump of debri that prevented it to come apart.
There now clean of debri and function great. Les
