I'm sure some of you are familiar with buffing & polishing are vintage aluminum machines. For those who are not or might want to refresher into safer buffer setup.
not going to name names but I've seen some people who think it's okay to set up a buffer on the floor and use it. Don't do that you're going to lose a finger! Enjoy the video. |

Nobody has a huge belt sander like that. There are some people who shouldn't try to polish or sand.
If I use my bench polisher it's on my Worx bench clamped on four sides. If I use my huge DeWalt polish buffer with a 9" wheel with variables RPMs I clamp down the part with two or three clamps. I'd use gloves too. If i has someone within 20 feet of my Worx bench and the part wasn't clamped down with my polisher head on I could kill someone. Nice video.
