What were the story behind these? I have heard mixed things about these. I have no interest in going after one but I was curious what the general consensus on them was. My aunt had one in the 90s and she hated it. Her Hoover Elite was much better but I already figured that.

No it wasn’t. It was the “featherlite” lite plus model. Knowing what I know now it was most likely something stuck behind the fan. | ||

Oh ok
I know which one you're talking about now, I always get the pluses confused. These were more so similar to the later hard body featherlites that popped up around 2000-2001.
