Today was a variety day for daily drivers:

Upstairs:  My Hoover Spirit 900.  Got this at a thrift store called "Out of the Closet" for $10.00.

Downstairs: My Eureka 674A.  Got this one back up in NY.  The original motor failed and the service tech I used up there put a Sanitaire commercial motor in its place.  One powerful machine.

And, look who is in the background, checking things out!  Queen Sadie.

Happy Sunday to all.  Stay safe.  Stay healthy.

maybe we can round up 1 cookie for you. You've gotta love that quadraflex agitator, too.

I like the green eureka. Its green goes good with the rug.
I have not owned a Hoover canister. I have noticed there high power and I've heard great attachments.
Does Queen Sadie have a favorite vacuum. I have king Gremlin my Siamese. His favorite vacuum is a turned off vacuum.
My 1973 400 watt royal is the one he is least scared of.
Les

How many rooms vs vacs? There mustn't be a speck of dust in that place.

Just chiming in on the KMart connection to that Eureka Dial-a-Nap upright. From what I have learned with these uprights over the years, anytime you see a “3-number” model number instead of a 4 digit number like 1425 or 2015, you are looking at a special edition Eureka made exclusively for KMart. So I think that is what you have here in that nifty bright green cleaner.

I am sure the KMart print ad for this is somewhere out there on the internet....:-)
