Hey all, Working on a Dyson DC14 and it has two issues... 1. The nozzle takes about 5 seconds to fully seal against the carpet...is this normal? 2. The brushroll housing seems to move okay in the nozzle base, but it seems a little stiff; any thoughts on this? Thank you so much! Larry | ||
