Today, after all of my meetings, I started to "attack" more of the boxes, drawers, etc.
I found a chrome, handheld Sunbeam mixer from the 40s!I had forgotten all about it. I bought in a thrift store near Philadelphia.
I also found a mint Premiere "Spic and Span" handheld vacuum cloth bag.
Anyone interested in the bag? I had the cleaner, but, can't find it.

Actually, I can use the bag! I have a G.E. hand vac for which the bag has gone missing. I used it for keeping my carpeted workbench clean. The GE & Premiere hand vacs used the same bag.

I'll whip up a little something with this mixer.
I never even knew they made a hand mixer like these until a few yrs ago. The stand mixers seemed so big and heavy.
This thing is not light.
Imagine those 1940s kitchens, and the stuff that was made!

It's always fun to find stuff you forgot you had, except when you find multiples of the same item because you've kept on replacing it when you couldn't find it. I had that happen a couple of weekends ago when I cleaned out my tool shed and found no less than SIX open bottles of power steering fluid. A car I used to have developed a power steering leak and needed to be topped off every few months. My shed was such a mess I could never find the fluid I had on hand when I needed it so I kept buying more.

If you ever find the rest of it, let me know. I am looking to get all 4 Spic span models and only have 2 so far.

I fear that I threw it out.

I KNOW it was here. I went on a "purge". the bag wasn't attached. NOW, I found the bag. I'll check everywhere. IF I find it....... would be great for you to have the "set".

BTW Mr. Lester, I have an original Ge handheld bag if you want it matching, no holes or anything but some small rust stains by the clip. Just pay the shipping (big envelope) if you want it.

that little mixer. I have a very well-equipped kitchen. One could just about prepare food for a restaurant here.
Cuisinart, Kitchenaid,Sunbeam, Presto, Mouli, Oster, and even HOOVER make this kitchen sing!
