I have both a very old X1 and a newer G1 (which they have discontinued now). I have issues with both.

However, rather than try to combine a thread on both I thought it would be prudent to separate and ask.

I have a G1 that requires me (I hope it is) to replace a component only available to them called the secondary air valve or bypass valve 2835. It is installed within the swivel neck of the machine. I have taken the machine apart, removed the motor and pcb etc from the side.

However, I am struggling to remove the swivel neck itself to then get access to the valve.

Does anyone have a service guide or instructions on how to remove the swivel neck?
