I have a Hoover convertible u4007 and I was wondering if anyone have a spare valve because the original one is in bad shape. Thanks!

Is that the tube and bellows that connects to the exhaust. I may have if you could show me a pic of the bad one.

Or are you talking about the little door in the fan chamber that swings when you want to convert to tools.

The part (34350) you're looking for is No Longer Available. Try calling local vac shops or see if you can come across a donor machine that still has the part intact.
