I found a Tristar a101 for free in the local classifieds. It’s almost brand new as far as I can tell (I’ll get pics of it soon). It’s in pretty great shape but I need a few things for it.
1. Some HEPA bags a link or if anyone has some extras I’d be happy to pay for some
2. Attachments... all it has is the power nozzle. So if anyone has extras Or knows where to get some that aren’t an arm and a leg that would help too.

I did pick up some Tristar brand bags but they are pretty thin and I’d like a bit better filtration. I see VAC at one point made bags but they are sold out everywhere and I can’t find a website for the company. All that is sold locally are name band and envirocare ones.
Ive ordered a pre motor filter and the post motor filter hopefully here this week.

Any help would be Great!

I have and have bought VAC brand HEPA bags. They work great. There OOS or out of stock everywhere.
I'm thinking homemade covid 19 made masks w bags or no employees to manufacturer.

@Lesinutah Is right those are definitely the vacuum bags to get.
Unfortunately because of the Chinese beer virus right now just about every HEPA bag is hard to get I believe if you give it a few months will start to see HEPA bags back on shelves for everything again.

Here's a repair video I did on that model if that's of any help to you.
there are summit links in that video to some of the premotor filters and such I don't know if any of them are still available.

I thought I was crazy a couple of weeks ago when I was looking for Cirrus A HEPA bags and I wondered why the price for a bag of 6 went from $12 to 13 to $20 to 30 and they are hard to find. Now it makes PERFECT sense if people are using them for face masks. Someone must have been doing some crazy brainstorming to come up with that idea...

@mark40511 Yeah it's quite unfortunate that people think that's a great idea especially where in the US you can still get plenty of proper respirators and gas masks.

Photo of people who actually think vacuum bags will protect them from viruses.
