Dear Vacuumland,
We are a team of Italian university students studying mechatronics engineering and we are carrying out the project of a portable device that sucks and washes in one pass and for this purpose we are carrying out a market research.
We admire your passion for household appliances, in particular for vacuum cleaners.
We also noticed your infinite availability between you and extreme competence.
For these reasons we think your opinion is particularly meaningful and therefore we ask you to answer the questionnaire: forms.gle/Q9gDjrc3RN9cwCL28...
We would be also very grateful if you would like to take some time to answer some questions.
The product that the professor wants us to use for the washing function uses a (pre)wet cloth and excludes the use of rotating brushes. Do you prefer a wet commercial gauze; or a dry gauze to be mounted on the device and to be impregnated before use; or a dry gauze to be mounted and the device will impregnate it with a solution?
If you opt for the latter solution, do you prefer an automatic system, an automatic but adjustable system with the possibility of a greater release or a manual system?
Do you prefer a disposable or reusable gauze?
Do you prefer a device that charges quickly in a few tens of seconds and lasts about 10-15 minutes or a device that lasts 30 minutes, but has a slow charge 2/3 hours?
Do you prefer a system with or without brush in the suction?
How much would you be willing to spend on the illustrated device? 150/200, 200/250, 250/300 dollars
Do you believe that the aesthetics of the product is important?
Thank you very much for your fantastic forum and in advance for your attention
Please apologize if our English is not perfect, we are trying to improve.
We wish you a wonderful day!

Team GAGE

You want to make a Swiffer wet jet or a bona mop setup.
I'd tell you with the limitations of what you are asking isn't a good setup. Your asking for something that's already on the market.
If you want to look at what we would like or use look at Bissell Crosswave or Bissell symphony.
The mop you asked for has been out. The models I mentioned is what we like
Les

@Team_GAGE
I would disregard any data from vacuumland on this .
This is a small niche group it really thinks the polar opposite of most consumers.
I'm not sure you would get the data sets that you're looking for here.

I would highly recommend you go to a bigger audience.
Maybe reach out to @vacuumwars who has a large audience (93000) of general consumers.

Thank you for your answer.
We will decide whether to proceed with an authentic or commercial configuration in the subsequent design phase, at this moment we must try to meet the needs of the customers. We will carry out specific tests on commercial gauze to decide whether to use them or to design one ourselves.
I agree and thank you for the suggestion, however this limit has been chosen by the professor and we cannot change it.
In any case, we will try to implement the mop function in the best possible way with the limits of this configuration and the price range imposed.

@vacuumdevil
I thank you for the answer and the advice.
We have tried to achieve @vacuumwars with other American and German reviewers with a large audience.
However, in the method illustrated by the professor and that we must follow, you represent stakeholders, i.e. customers who could be attractive for the purchase of the product and / or provide useful suggestions in the development phase, given your passion in the field.

Please excuse me for the wrong tag @Lesinutah

Guys stop replying to this. It's not a real user, it's a spambot.

Vacuumland admins - please ban this user ASAP. It is a robot.

I scanned the URL they gave through VirusTotal, and it is a phishing URL meant to steal data.

Vacuumdevil and Les I hope you did not click the link.

I apologize, but this is offensive.
We are absolutely not a bot.
We have provided a link to a simple questionnaire made with Google forms, as can be seen from the link itself reported in the text.
The image I posted is an explanatory rendering that I made to better understand the function.
We thank very much those who answered the questionnaire and apologize for the inconvenience that we are creating.
