I do say you make a fine bag! It's hard to tell what color the bag would be because these are so seldom seen intact and the ads from the time are black and white.
I found a page with some history about the vacuum - much of it gleaned from the ads - but it looks like it was made from 1913 to 1916. The first year model was fairly flat and then the next year they changed it to an angled-upward motor for some reason. oldapplianceads.com/frantz-premi... What cost $27.50 in 1914 would cost $711.06 in 2019. You can see why these are so rare. Not only one of the first electric vacuums but a luxury at that! $25 was about what you would pay for a whole month's rent in a wealthy upper middle class household back in 1915 - if the husband approved of such 'newfangled technology' that is.

I have a Frantz Premier that looks identical. I haven’t polished mine although I have recently given it some consideration. Mine still has the original bag which is a rarity. Yours is only the 3rd FP I’ve seen in a collection. They are scarce from what I can find out.
