Found this at thrift store. The only thing I’ve done is just clean it out and remove all the crud from the brushroll. It’s looking rough, but it runs. Wanted to refurbish it, but don’t think I can emove scuffs from plastic. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-...

I'm assuming this is the link. Would help if you put the url in the url box. Says it's in Orlando, though, but you're in Chicago???

Magic to erase scuffs

To remove the scuffs try a Mr. Clean magic eraser along with some all purpose cleaning spray like 409 or Mr. Clean liquid. I recently got a Lexan plastic body Lux and the scuffs came right off this way and your machine is made of the same plastic. Some may be more stubborn, but most should come off with the Mr. Clean magic eraser. Most scuffs are paint or furniture stain from whatever the vacuum was dragged against. Do you need any bags? I have some for this machine if you want them. I don’t need them...I’ll send them to you for the cost of the postage...they are not genuine though...just the air plus brand but they are 4 ply. I don’t have any of these uprights just the Electrolux canisters but ended up with these bags somehow. Also this machine has the option to add a hose and most can be found on eBay pretty inexpensively. If you have the power port you can get the electric hose and use a sidekick mini power nozzle with it. The port is located facing up on the lower cord wrap bracket . It will have two small round prongs.

I actually moved to Orlando, and have been meaning to update my profile, so apologies for the confusion. It’s still up for grabs if anyone still wants it.
