I've gotten quite a few parts from them as well, and have dealt with both Steve and Dave, and I agree with Garry, they're both a pleasure to do business with. When I have a question, Dave is usually the one who answers it. They've been quite helpful with parts and attachments I've needed for some of my Royals and Electro-Hygienes, and even had an old sales manual for the model 285 Electro-Hygiene upright.
They actually have 2 online stores. One is Vac Parts Plus, their regular online store, which has parts for all makes and models, mostly the more recent stuff. The other is their ebay store, either called Henry Vintage Vacuums or simply the Henry Company. The ebay store is the one I have mostly dealt with and usually has stuff you might not find anywhere else. Jeff |
