Just came in the mail today from ebay. Gonna take it all apart and buff all scuffs off later and clean it up. Has the 3.5 amp motor

I like those

Lower amp Eurekas myself as well. They clean commercial carpet extremely well and have a nice sound to them. They don’t suck directly to the floor like the higher amp models do.

Well she's done. Buffed all scuffs off, took completely apart, washed every part, and oiled the sleeve bushing in the head. The seller was asking $100 on ebay and i made an offer for $40 and he accepted! Been working on her all night. She was filthy!

I had that on my eBay watchlist. I really like the colors and the design. I was watching the one I'm adding a pic of. If
I've used only 6-7amp eurekas. They are beasts but I was wondering about how they are. Newer ones are high suction great deep cleaners.

Nice Les you will love it. My blue ESP is a 1980 with the 6.7 amp motor. The light up logo on the hood is awesome too

Have a few of these.

They were dollar for dollar a good value. Good to have a soft 'sticky' belt on them especially if you have thick pile carpeting. It is a hard working little machine. The handles on a couple if mine are a little wobbly at the base. Nice color!
