Not for that price. They are both missing the handle. Also, I think the green one is a Kenmore, because I have an identical one with the Kenmore label. The green one is steel and the Hoover I've heard is steel and cast iron. I don't have a pic of mine but will post when I do. Also, I think this should be in the Supermarket thread.

The little Hoover wasn't a salesman's sample. They were given out at the 1933 Chicago World's Fair to people who visited the Hoover exhibits. If it still had the original bag it would have stated "Souvenir - A Century of Progress" on the bottom-front. See the photo below.
