Panasonic got out of manufacturing vacuums in North America. So they sold their vacuum division to Cleva in 2017, which makes both Kenmore and Titan. Titan branded vacuums are Cleva's brand that they sell in vac shops. Mostly Titans have slightly different designs from Kenmores but are basically the same.
Cleva got the tooling and hired some of Panasonic's engineers so you'll notice quite a bit of similarity in the designs. Some of the Kenmore models continued unchanged after Cleva took over. | ||

Cleva and Kenmore Since Sears is pretty much out of business, I'm not sure if Cleva is even still making vacuums with the Kenmore brand on them, but the Titen vacuums are definitely alive and well. Cleva also makes the Vacmaster brand. Mike | ||
