How does one apply the new headlight trim on models Classic 1CR, Classic Omega 1CB and Classic III 2CB?
I want to be able to do this without breaking the mounts (projections). Thank you in advance! ~Ben |

Get the trim part very warm in hot water. Quickly wipe of excess water. Smear a bit of dish detergent on the projections, then push from above and pull projections GENTLY with some pliers. I have not broke a tab yet... :o) |

Oh, and start at the front, making sure the metal is in the trim's groove. |

Nice job Ben.
There would be no way in heck is disassemble the nozzle to get trim on. If I haven't said it before I have big hand with a vice grip clamp. I'd put my nub by the hole and push keep pressure until it went in. If hole goes through whole headlight hood I'd use tweezer type tools pus through the hole and another tool on the other side pulling it through. Les |
