i bot a hoover 450 at a antique store and got it home and stared to tare it done to re wire it and fond that some one had broke 4 of the 6 fins of and i cant find a replacement so dose ene one know were i can find one or a capatable one

If a new fan cannot be found, you could probably have someone tig weld on new blades. It'll require a lot of grinding to get it smooth again, and it will need to be balanced as well. But not impossible.
