Can anyone give me information on the Hoover convertible model U4089? like what year it was introduced and how long it was made?

Stats-

 According to the Jeff Parker Hoover statistics manual, it was a promotional model produced between 1976-78, in gold tone with oyster trim and had the one speed high performance motor.
