I was thinking International Harvester

if it's an American made truck, I dunno. First glance I thought this had been brought up from some large body of water, with all those barnacles and crustaceans. That Kirby performance hood scoop is extremely hard to find, I'm guessing this is the only one you'll ever see.

It could be an IH Travelette of some year. Very few automakers were doing crew cabs that early. The big spotlight makes me think some kind of former fire truck.
