The custodians in my work place started using them for quick pickups. So I decided to go ahead and buy one. It was about fifty bucks at WalMart. They do work better than a manual carpet sweeper. It doesn't pick on edges very well. You have to get right over the dirt to pick it up. The handle connector is pretty flimsy and the connector breaks according to the reviews.
I take it with me to sweep my grandparent's apartment. I usually do the hall next to their apartment as well. It has a long battery life. In my opinion it's a good sweeper! But not a replacement for a vacuum cleaner. I would buy one again when this one breaks. |
