Were available for Seniors and Juniors - possibly the same part in both cases. I do not recall seeing it in any brochures from the mid 1960s onwards. In the case of the Junior the hose may have been connected in reverse (with the hose handle connected to the adaptor) - at that time the Senior had the hose removeable from the adaptor and used essentially a short version of the hose handle to connect to it. All previous Seniors had adaptors to connect to the cleaner where the bag connected and of course with the Junior you just had to remove the bag and attach the hose in its place.
These do show up from time to time on ebay, just a matter of patience |

The original dusting tools for the rose and white Hoover Junior 1334 had the adapter for the hose to fit in the dust bag tube. After the 1334 came the 1334A where the hose slotted straight into the bag tube without the need for the adapter . I have the original dusting tools for the 1334 and the adapter is in the set as the bag tube for the 1334 is smooth with no cutout for the later models for the hose to clip in
