Nice work!! A few years ago I found an Air-Way at Goodwill with a cracked indicator. Here's what I came up with. Not original, but I think it looks pretty good.
The original cord was a bit ratty but I didn't change it. It wouldn't ever be a daily driver, just a machine to admire for its ingenious design. | ||

Hoover300 I made 2 of these originally and sold both after I found a near perfect one. I have since made 2 more..let me know if you need one. They look original. | ||

Looks good, CRL I like your fix. Cool to see the original plug, also...my Sanitary System has an original cord but replacement plug. It's hanging in the store and could really use some polishing up. | ||
