This fax was found inside the vacuum accessory box at a thrift store.

This is very weird, a copy of a product engineer's test report of an AP-280 addressed to the factory service manager? Why would it be an accessory box and who would copy it for what purpose? Also that page number looks like the original book was a 4,000plus pages document, that's gotta be very heavy!

I'm wondering maybe a salesman went and copied that off for a customer that was having a hard time buying?

It is very good info on seeing the power and wattage ratings of the vacuum when it was new.
