Hello Robert and others...
Has anyone else had issues getting Vacuumland? On both my Cell and my Laptop i have intermittently gotten a "server error" message. I either try back later or use a link to the site through google.

Nope. I do get logged out once in a while though.

No issues here either with reaching the site. The system is designed MadMan to only keep you logged in for one week, then it automatically logs-out the user.

I too am having issues getting into the site, (it's ONLY been in the later evenings though).

AW is fine; however, NOT VL.

This is both at home & the office; laptop & desktop; different versions of browser & OS.

Plz advise???

TY & hagd/n all,

Bill

It’s constant. Not a day goes by that I don’t have to turn off my Wi-Fi, and use my roaming minutes to get on the site. Once in a blue moon I will get lucky and it will come up. It has been doing this ever since the server was changed a few months ago. I called my Internet provider, who asked me if I had any other sites with the same difficulty. No this is the only one.

I'll put in a help desk ticket with the ISP and see if they noticed anything odd with the DNS setup of Vacuumland. Hopefully this will resolve this within a few days.

There's probably a tube clogged between you and the server.

And no I'm not joking, that's legitimately a thing that can happen. You might try opening command prompt and pinging the site when you're having an issue.

"Might try opening the command prompt"
It's all pops and clicks to me. I'm pretty well technologically blind...
