Sometimes I would take my Eureka Turbo Tool and put it on my Dynamite Plus. I tried several methods to put some kind of holder for the turbine tool on the Dynamite plus. All of which worked badly. I wonder if mini uprights of other brands could do the same with the turbo tools of their brand.

I've seen one of those before. Passed on it because cheap plastic. I know Sanitaire made a newer version of them up until recently.

Because they're crap and not REAL Electroluxes. Every single Eureka I've had has been awful. Also, calling me a jerk is childish. Eureka dropped off in quality after the 1980s. The old ESP style uprights were nice, though. Can't deny that. Also, the SmartVac was a decent machine for a Walmart plastic vacuum. All of the other ones are crap. Eureka isn't even on the CRI's recommended vacuums, while both Kirby and Aerus are highly rated.

The mods aren't gonna do anything. I didn't call you any offensive names, so nothing will happen to me. We regularly bash the plasticrap Walmart vacuums on here, and rightly so. I've said it before and will say it again. New Eureka is crap. Besides, they're far from the quality and power of a REAL Aerus Electrolux. If you are not mature enough to handle criticism, then Vacuumland may not be the right spot for you.

Nice way to put it. I don't really care at all for my Bissells, I just keep 'em around for kicks and giggles. As far as my mother's Shark goes, I don't like it, so I don't use it. I use my Electrolux LE on my carpets. I wouldn't trust a new Eureka on my carpet.I would, however, trust an older style machines on my carpet. I actually saw a canned ham up in Ohio for $20 bucks in excellent shape, but I had to pass on it. As far as the Aerus/Electrolux thing, I consider Aerus to just be a rename of Electrolux USA. Same company, different name. I do know that Electrolux USA and Electrolux Sweden were once the same entity, but that kinda fell apart after the Model 30 was introduced and the Old Greenwich plant opened up. I did know that all machines prior to the XIIA were imports. I may not know everything, nor do I claim to, but I know my fair share about Lux. Anyways, I think I'm done here. I don't really feel like getting into a pissing contest over the internet over vacuum cleaners.

You do realize you are talking to A minor. I'd prefer he stop calling everything plastic crap. I know people have different views. I like the eurekas and plastic vacs. The dirt devil vacuums would be considered plastic crap but Kirby kid likes those. I just like some eureka vacuums. I look at there pet version vac for $120 or so. It was a well made vac I'd love to own.
Kirby kid has to realize with being an adult not everyone can afford a high end vacuum. So now everyone is enlightened stop this word spat. Les |

I only like the old Dirt Devil hand vacs. I could care less about new Dirt Devils. Also, I forgot to clarify, I hate BAGLESS PLASTICRAP just as much as everyone else does. I think some of the low end bagged uprights (PowerForce, FeatherLite, Etc.) are just fine for people on a budget. They may not be the BEST thing, but I understand that not everyone can afford a nice vacuum. Also, what happened to USED vacuums? I DEFINITELY can't afford a new Kirby or Aerus machine, so I buy used. I also don't have any issues with Midea Eureka yet. Just the Swedish Eurekalux. I hope to come across a Midea machine for cheap or even free, so I can put it through it's paces and return a verdict on them. They certainly seem to be made better than the old Eurekalux models, SAVE for the SmartVac and 1934B.
