Had a bagless Riccar made by Cyclovac since 2005, was tired of cleaning the filter and one of the circuit boards is going bad. So I decided to replace it with something bagged...

220v Central vacuums are impressive! The "woosh"💨 that thing makes is amazing.

240 volt units

What unit did you end up getting? Yes the 240 volt two motor units are awesome, I have three of them, the power is amazing especially when you connect a hose directly to them.

What model is your new Silentmaster out of curiosity? Did you also changed your kit as well?

I still haven’t cleaned up the low voltage wiring or taken the old bracket off. I just kinda stuck it where it fit. I have been using different attachments for a while. I’m using a Wessel Werk EBK360 on a silver quick click hose. I also have a Vacuflo suction only kit with the metal tool caddy and a 30ft Ultralight hose. I have a Turbocat and a Wessel Werk TK286 that I can use on those if I feel like it.

The unit is a 240v SilentMaster S5, was new in box from 2011.
