My husband and I were interviewed for NPR radio. They edited 2 1/2 hours down to 10 minutes It was a lot of fun, and they took a lot of pictures.

How great!

Tom and Donnie are great friends Tom has been a generous wonderful friend for 25 years!Tom has always had the gift of being able to talk to anyone about any subject, He is the first person who actually got the VCCC some recognition nationally, He brought vacuum collecting out of the closet, so to speak.

Hans, we have been friends forever. You are such an amazing person. I have learned a lot in this life from you. That’s the best kind of friends to have. We are both old married men, but I know you and I share the same feeling of excitement when we talk to people and show them our collections. You have even more to show than I do, with all the small appliances. We will be friends until the day we die, and even after that in heaven. Thank you for all the kind words you’ve shared about me over the years. And we both have our memories about the old club when it was what it was supposed to be. Can you imagine what Clay Floyd would say?

Still planning on seeing you next month and I will want to hear all about it firsthand. Great work guys!
