Hey
Vise grips, needle nose or tap. You can grab rivet I'd use vice grips and pull out the rivet.
On inside you get a nail tap (what you use to tap in finish nails on baseboards) and lightly tap out rivet. If you whack it good once then a few more taps needle nose on trim side will finish taking out and most of the time the trim piece will stay attached to the river. If you have not smashed the rivet you could tap into replacement machine and use tap pushing in and a good whack would mushroom the rivet and your set. You can paint trim if needed. Les | ||
