Get a blue Rug doctor if you want to be able to keep it and get parts
amzn.to/2lnOq6h... the only Bissell to get is amzn.to/2jSTqzn... Stay away from the Bissell 2x they only last" 8 working hours of use ". |

I have a Bissell proheat 2x and a Bissell proheat we haven't opened it yet.
The Bissell proheat 2x is better than our unopened one and the rug Doctor. That's my opinion. The rug Doctor in last five years fell off a cliff. The ph2x has a hose attachment for furniture. I would not get rug Doctor. I'd get Bissell proheat 2x, Bissell green clean machine or royal version. I'd stick with those 3 go read reviews of pros and cons of each one and it will help you decide. If you look just do a quick glance at ratings for rug Doctor. Les |

@Lesinutah trust me after years of working as a technician, I would never recommend the spaghetti monster known as the ProHeat 2X to any human being.
literally was statement from Bissell was there were designed to last 8 working hours. Here's a picture of the inside maybe I'll think twice about that. Rug Doctor has two lines of product. The current red line of product is absolutely trash and was designed to be so. The blue lined of product which is 1 extractor are excellent machines both and cleaning serviceability and longevity.

I also wouldn't recommend the Proheat 2X. I've repaired so many of them and I even own one myself as well. They're one of my least favorites to tear apart especially if it's just a clogged pump. They also feel really cheap and they're one of the worst I've ever used to suck up water off the carpets. The last time I used mine took alot longer to dry the carpets up which is one of the reasons why I don't use it anymore.
